Who we are
This policy covers the website of RRR Electrical, an electrical company working in New York, and the calls you make to us from it. Our office is at 39 Fulton St, New York, NY 10038, and our phone number is (347) 352-8192.
What we collect
This site has no forms, accounts or sign-ups, so it does not ask you to type in personal information. When you call us, we collect what you choose to tell us to handle the job: your name, phone number, the service address, the building type and a description of the problem.
Like almost every website, the server that hosts this site keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, browser types and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. This site does not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or marketing cookies.
Third-party services on this site
Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. The office map loads from Google Maps only after you click to view it; until then, no map request is made.
Links to other websites, such as city agencies cited in our guides, are governed by those sites' own policies.
How we use information
We use the details you give us on a call to diagnose the problem, schedule and carry out the work, prepare permits and filings the job requires, invoice, and follow up about the job. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
When information is shared
We share details only as the job requires, and you can reach us through the contact page about anything here: with the Department of Buildings or the utility when a filing or service request needs them, with your building's management when the work is in a co-op, condo or rental building, and with our phone and scheduling providers that carry the calls and records.
If your call is forwarded to another local provider because our electricians are fully booked, that provider receives the details you give on the call so they can help. Our Terms describe forwarding in more detail.
How long we keep it
Job records, such as addresses, scopes, permits and invoices, are kept for as long as they are useful for warranty questions, future work at the same address and our legal and tax obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Call (347) 352-8192 and we will handle the request.
Children
This site and our services are intended for adults responsible for a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
